Research has demonstrated that healing is a holistic process, with the right medication or treatment being only one component. Our client sought to envision a hospital exam room that provides exceptional physical and emotional comfort for patients and their families, while also enabling physicians to perform at their best and give undivided attention to their patients.

Our team collaborated with a group of physicians to co-design a series of patient rooms and prototype the interactions within them. The final deliverable for this phase included three full-scale exam room prototypes, developed in partnership with our client, and brought to life with photorealistic renderings that accurately depicted the appropriate colors and materials. Additionally, two of the rooms required innovative patient chairs, which we also designed and prototyped in full scale.
